My Christmas Shopping List (San Diego, CA)
Here is a list of businesses I intend to shop at. My goal is to only buy locally made items for presents or to make them.
I love these jams. My older son Frank first tried them at the Hillcrest Farmers Market. They are super delicious and taste completely of fruit.
OB People’s is awesome. I love to shop here for groceries. But they also have a really cool little section with oddball items that make great gifts. Some of the items I have bought there are: a clear glass recycled carafe that looks just like the I Dream of Jeannie bottle, hand sewn wallet and zippered change purses with beautiful vibrant colored flowers. Can’t wait to see what I will find this year!
Their olive oil is so delicious! It is a tradition during christmas in our family to give this wonderful, locally grown and produced oil. Try and you will never want another Italian olive oil again.
